Important After Care Steps
Sun & Heat Protection
Avoid sun, sunbeds, and self-tanning during the treatment course.
Apply SPF50 for at least 4 weeks after treatment.
Avoid heat treatments like saunas, steam rooms, and hot baths for 2–4 weeks.
Skin Hygiene & Products
Keep the area clean and dry; gently pat dry if wet.
Avoid makeup, perfumed products, and other facial treatments for the recommended period.
Do not pick or scratch blisters or scabs to prevent scarring.
Physical Activity & Friction
Avoid exercise for 4 days and wear loose clothing for 3 days to reduce friction.
Avoid shaving, waxing, tweezing, or threading for 2 weeks.
Comfort & Recovery
Apply an ice pack with a cloth barrier if needed.
Drink plenty of water to aid healing.
Follow instructions for dressings, removing them after 3 hours if provided.
